Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation by Guest: If the guest decides to cancel the tour for any reason, they must inform us within a specified time limit, along with the copy of the cash receipt issued by the company. Cancellation charges will be applicable as outlined below and will be calculated based on the gross tour cost, considering the date of commencement of the tour and the date of cancellation. Please note that cancellation charges for any mode of transport ticket will be as per the rules of the concerned authority, and air tickets, if issued, are non-refundable with the guest bearing the cancellation charges.

The company will deduct processing charges from the refund amount to be paid to the guest. Here is the defined cancellation policy:

  • 45 days to 30 days prior to arrival: 25% of the service/tour cost.
  • 30 days to 07 days prior to arrival: 33% of the service/tour cost.
  • 07 days to 48 hours prior to arrival: 80% of the service/tour cost.
  • Less than 48 hours or NO SHOW: 100% of the service/tour cost.

Please note that the charges are levied on the gross tour cost, not the discounted/booking cost. Air ticket cancellations will be levied separately. For tailor-made holidays, cancellation charges will vary according to the booked services.

Cancellation by Company: In the event that any tour or service is canceled from the company's end due to unforeseen reasons, a full refund of the amount paid by the guest will be processed within 7 working days from the date of tour cancellation.

Refund Policy

We understand that there may be instances where you need to make changes or cancel your tour bookings. Our refund policy is designed to provide clarity and transparency regarding the refund process. Please carefully read the following terms and conditions:

Refund Process: If there are any variations, amendments, alterations, or cancellations of any tour, refunds will be issued to the guest through one of the following methods: Cash, Account payee's cheque, Net Banking, Cash deposit, or PayPal transfer (based on mutual consent) in INR at the prevailing rate of exchange on the date of the refund, in compliance with the Reserve Bank of India Rules and Regulations. This applies regardless of whether the tour payments were made in part or whole in foreign currency. We always strive to expedite the refund process, but it may take approximately 5 to 7 working days for the refund to be processed.

Non-Refundable Cases: No refund will be applicable under the following circumstances:

  • Any missed/unused services of the tour, including meals, for whatsoever reason.
  • Cancellation requests for bookings made during the peak season (01st December to 31st January).
  • Modification, variation, amendment, cancellation, or non-utilization of tour services.
  • Cancellation of the tour due to changes made in the rules by the concerned Government.
  • Indefinite postponement of the tour due to natural calamities, riots, political calamities, or any other unforeseen calamities.

Non-Refundable Air Tickets: Refunds are not applicable for air tickets that are non-refundable, and date changes are not allowed.
